About This Items

Matcha with a bright green color and a mellow, rich and delicious flavor. In terms of color, taste, and aroma, this Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture is as good as drinking Matcha. It has a good balance of umami and astringency, and when used generously, the original flavor of matcha is strongly asserted. It is used in many high-end products such as ice cream, whipped cream, and cake batter.

How to Store Matcha

Please store in a cool, dark place, taking care to avoid moisture and transfer of aromas. Storing in the refrigerator will keep it fresher.

We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.(Tracking within Canada and Australia is unavailable.)

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
