• Shipments returned, abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed due to failure to complete customs clearance
• Returned shipments due to recipient inaction
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Loss, theft, or damage claims not covered by valid shipping insurance
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence.
After review, we may provide a refund, replacement, or store credit at our sole discretion.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, return shipping fees, and other charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers are non-refundable.
JB Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, carrier operations, weather conditions, government actions, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for complying with all import requirements, customs procedures, and carrier requests in their destination country.
