Currently, there are many cases of deliveries not being received.
The following cases are very common.

・Cases in which items are lost during delivery.
・Cases where items are stored at the post office for a long period of time without having their postal status updated (they are returned to the sender after a certain period of time).

Please be sure to place your order with Worry Free Deliverly. 

If you do not add Worry-Free Deliverly, we may cancel your order.

If the goods are lost without insurance, it will be a big loss for both parties.

If you do not receive your order in 2weeks or more after it has been shipped, please contact local post office and us immediately.
