Order Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and processed in Japan after payment confirmation.

Processing typically takes 3–10 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays), depending on product availability and inspection.

Shipping Time

After shipment, delivery to your destination usually takes approximately 7–21 days, depending on your location, customs procedures, and local carrier operations.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination country and local postal systems. In some regions, tracking updates may be limited after the package leaves Japan.

Customs Clearance and Import Requirements

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, and any other charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for complying with all import regulations in their destination country.

Customers are also responsible for responding to customs authorities and carriers, and for providing any information, identification numbers, tax numbers, permits, or supporting documents required for customs clearance.

Customers in certain countries may be required to provide government-issued identification numbers in order to complete customs clearance procedures.

Returned, Delayed, or Abandoned Shipments

Failure to provide required information or respond to customs authorities or carriers may result in delays, return, abandonment, confiscation, or destruction of the shipment.

No refund will be issued for shipments that are returned, abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed due to the recipient’s failure to complete customs clearance procedures or respond to customs authorities or carriers.

Returned shipments are not eligible for refunds.

Orders refused by the recipient are not eligible for refunds.

Delivered Packages

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

JB Store is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after delivery.

Customers who purchased shipping insurance should submit claims directly through the insurance provider according to the provider’s terms and conditions.

Shipping Delays

JB Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier operations, postal services, weather conditions, government actions, public holidays, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Express Shipping

We do not offer next-day or express delivery at this time.
