To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item you have and make a new purchase for the replacement once your return is accepted.

8. How will I receive my refund?

10. What is the EU 14-day cooling-off period?

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
