Isuzu is a matcha with a blue fragrance, astringent taste, subtle umami flavor, and a slightly bitter taste.
Best brewed a little weakly.
It also goes well with milk or cream in confectioneries.

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
