Import duties, taxes, and other import-related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.(Excluding customers in the United States）
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office before purchasing.
❗ Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to refusal to pay customs duties.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
If the item is defective or damaged, we will issue a refund upon receiving valid proof (photo or video).
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval, but it may take an additional 3–4 days for the funds to appear in your account due to your bank or card company’s processing time.

Shipping & Delivery

Expiration Date
We ship items with a shelf life of at least three months at the time of dispatch.
