About This Items

・(Matcha containing large amounts of gamma-aminobutyric acid: GABALON Matcha)
The Tea Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) developed Gabalon tea (sencha) by naturally increasing gamma-aminobutyric acid and applied it to our matcha production technology.
Gamma-aminobutyric acid has a blood pressure suppressing effect, and this tea contains about 2.3 times as much gamma-aminobutyric acid as usual.
