How to Prepare (Usucha)

1.　Sift 1.5–2 g of matcha into a warmed bowl.

2.　Add ~70 ml of hot water at ~80 °C.

3.　Whisk briskly until fine foam appears.

Also suitable for matcha lattes when you want the flavor to stand out.
