My package was lost the first time and the store had graciously refunded for that order before I made my second order. It took quite some time to arrived but that’s not within the store’s control. Overall, I would come back here to order again.

I am so excited to get my hands on some Marukyu Koyamaen matcha from JB Store, including Kirin, Isuzu and Aoarashi. Kirin is among my top choice for every matcha: rich but still very refreshing, making every sip truly a joy. I look forward to making my match every morning. In terms of customer service, JB store is really the best!! The store rep was very responsive and efficient. A few items in my order didn't come so I emailed them about it, and the rep was so fast to place the shipment for the remaining order within minutes of responding to me. This matcha is perfect for beginners. It has a sweet vegetal taste and aroma. It’s smooth, with slight bitterness, but perfect for oatmilk latte!
