About This Items

In order to deliver fresh matcha, Izumi no Shiro does not prepare it in advance, but instead grinds tencha tea in a stone mill according to customer orders and ships it out as "made to order."

Shipping

We charge shipping fees in addition to the price of the product.
Free shipping is available for purchases over a certain amount!

We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.(Tracking within Canada and Australia is unavailable.)

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.

Return and Refund
